National Engineering Research Center for Educational Big Data offers two doctoral programs: Educational Technology (Ph.D. in Science or Education) and Educational Information Technology (Ph.D. in Engineering or Education). The Educational Technology program, established in 2002, emphasizes theoretical and applied research across four areas: educational technology methods, digital learning, knowledge services, and informatization strategies. It is supported by top-tier research centers and equipped with advanced facilities. The interdisciplinary Educational Information Technology program, launched in 2011, combines insights from computer science, education, and management to explore how IT transforms learning environments. Key research areas include digital and intelligent learning technologies, multimedia communication, digital resource development, strategic planning, and educational IT project management. Together, these programs foster educational innovation through integrated theoretical exploration and practical application.
