CCNU Hosts Forum on “Transformation of Teachers’ Roles and Enhancement of Abilities in the Intelligent Era” at the 2025 World Digital Education Conference
Hua Da Online News (Reporter: Zhang Chenchen) On April 8th, the "2025 Future Education Conference - Large Model and Education Innovation Forum", jointly hosted by the People's Government of Jiangxia District, Wuhan City, our university, and iFLYTEK Co., Ltd., was held at the East Lake International Conference Center. Over 700 representatives from universities across the country, basic education, and the industrial sector attended the event in person to discuss the in-depth integration and innovation of large model technology with education and teaching.

Global Universities Visit CCNU’s Faculty of Artificial Intelligence in Education, Opening a New Chapter in Digital Education Collaboration
Recently, the Ministry of Education and nine other departments issued the "Opinions on Accelerating the Digitalization of Education" (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions"). On April 16th, at a press conference held by the Ministry of Education, Yang Zongkai, Director of the Education Digitalization Expert Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Education and President of Wuhan University of Technology, interpreted the "Opinions" as an expert, stating that the layout of disciplines and majors should be adjusted according to the situation of technological development, the basic abilities of teachers and students should be cultivated, and the integration of artificial intelligence with teaching, learning, management, evaluation, research and other scenarios should be deepened.

China attaches great importance to the digitization of education and has launched the implementation of the National Education Digitalization Strategy in 2022. The development direction of the National Education Digitalization Strategy Action has been clarified in the "Outline of the Plan for Building an Education Strong Country (2024-2035)". Recently, the Ministry of Education and nine other departments jointly issued the "Opinions on Accelerating the Digitalization of Education" (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions"). This article summarizes the implementation effectiveness of the national education digitalization strategy in the past three years and looks forward to the development prospects of the national education digitalization strategy in the next three years.
