On the afternoon of December 21, 2024, the 7th China Education Technology Development and Application Conference and Achievement Exhibition "Education Technology Young Scholars Sub Forum" was successfully concluded at the Kuntai Hotel in Beijing. The forum was sponsored by the China Education Technology Association, co organized by the National Research Center for Digital Learning Engineering Technology of Central China Normal University and the National Engineering Research Center for Internet Education Intelligent Technology and Applications of Beijing Normal University, with special support from Superstar Group, and attracted many universities, research institutions, industry experts and young scholars across the country.

The forum aims to promote academic exchange and cutting-edge research among young scholars in the field of educational technology. Professor Wu Di, Executive Vice Director of the Engineering Center, and Professor Li Shuang from Beijing Normal University respectively served as the moderators of this forum. Professor Wu Longkai and Associate Professor Chen Min from Central China Normal University, Professor Li Shuang and Associate Professor Zheng Lanqin from Beijing Normal University, and other authoritative scholars shared hot topics such as digitalization of educational evaluation, teacher digital literacy, and collaborative learning. Jia Yuchao, the editor in chief of China Distance Education magazine, and Zheng Xin, the editor of Electronic Education Research, provided guidance for young scholars on educational research, as well as suggestions for paper selection and writing. Chaoxing Group showcased innovative cases of technology empowering smart teaching.

The diverse agenda content and extensive and in-depth academic exchanges were highly praised and widely welcomed by the attending representatives. This sub forum is not only a feast for ideological collision, but also provides an important opportunity for cooperation and innovation in the field of educational technology.
