On February 28, Professor Xu Guandong, Chair Professor of Artificial Intelligence at The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK), led a delegation to Central China Normal University (CCNU) to strengthen collaboration in smart education and AI research. The visit focused on emerging technologies, academic exchange, and joint talent development.

During the visit, the delegation visited CCNU’s smart classrooms, national engineering research centers, and History Museum, gaining insights into the university’s achievements in data-driven assessment, personalized learning, and intelligent teaching systems.

Professor Xu also delivered a keynote lecture on “Educational Innovation and Practice Empowered by Large Language Models and Multi-Agent Systems,” sharing EdUHK’s experience in using AI to support teaching and assessment in higher education.
