



Dr. Jinhua Zhao is a lecturer and the Academic Program Director for Telecommunications Engineering at the Central China Normal University Wollongong Joint Institute, a master advisor, and an Honorary Fellow of the University of Wollongong, Australia. He earned his PhD from Clermont Auvergne University, France, and has been engaged in research and teaching in the Laboratory of Informatics, Modelling and Optimization of the Systems (LIMOS) under the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS). His research interests include artificial intelligence, AI for science and education, evolutionary game theory, intelligent decision analysis, and combinatorial optimization. He has published more than 30 academic papers in international journals and conferences over the past five years. He has led a Youth Project under the National Natural Science Foundation of China and participated in several other national research projects. He has also served as organizing chairs of several conferences, including IEEE TALE 2021, IEEE IEIR 2022, 2023 and IEEE ICA 2025.
