




Chi Zhou is a Lecturer and Postdoctoral Fellow at Central China Normal University. He received his Ph.D. in Educational Technology and has since focused his research on teacher digital literacy monitoring and evaluation, as well as the intelligent assessment of digital course resources and classroom quality. His work integrates theoretical research with practical applications, emphasizing the development of evaluation models and frameworks, innovative assessment methods, and the use of natural language processing technologies in educational evaluation.
Dr. Zhou has accumulated extensive experience in constructing assessment frameworks and applying intelligent technologies to education. In recent years, he has published or authored 24 academic works, including one monograph, eight SSCI-indexed journal articles, six EI-indexed papers, and six CSSCI-indexed papers. He holds eight invention patents and one software copyright.
He has served as the principal investigator of a project funded by the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and has participated in 14 national, ministerial, and provincial-level projects related to educational informatization. His research contributions have been recognized with several honors, including the 13th Hubei Provincial Award for Outstanding Achievements in Social Science.
