




Chenxuan He is an Assistant Researcher at the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence in Education, Central China Normal University. She earned her Bachelor from Renmin University of China, M.S. and Ph.D. from Texas A&M University (U.S.). She joined the National Engineering Research Center of Educational Big Data in 2023.
Dr. He’s research focuses on educational assessment, personalized feedback, language learning, science education, and AIGC-supported educational applications. She has been dedicated to interdisciplinary research in the field of education, and actively exploring the practical applications of artificial intelligence in education. Specifically, she is currently working on automated scoring for reading comprehension short-answer questions using Large Language Model prompting strategies, AIGC-supported educational resources for language learning and science education.
During her doctoral studies, Dr. He was awarded an academic research scholarship and independently led two educational research projects on Chinese as a Foreign Language. She has been awarded a fellowship from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation in 2024. She has also participated in multiple research initiatives funded by the U.S. Department of Education’s Innovation Foundation, the National Natural Science Foundation, and the National Social Science Foundation. Dr. He has published high-quality papers in international journals and conferences, and serves as a reviewer for the American Educational Research Association.
