Tengfei Gao is an Assistant Professor, Master’s Supervisor at Central China Normal University. He earned his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Technology in December 2023 from Wuhan University and joined the National Engineering Research Center for E-Learning in March 2024. 

His research focuses on artificial intelligence (AI), brain-computer interface (BCI), and intelligent diagnosis of brain diseases. Relevant work has effectively supported the efficient monitoring, accurate identification, and in-depth understanding of brain diseases including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), depression, and sleep disorders. He has published nearly 20 papers in journals and conferences such as IEEE-JBHI, KBS (Knowledge-Based Systems), Neural Networks, and IEEE TAI . 

He has participated in 6 major national and provincial-level scientific research projects and led over 4 projects. Additionally, he serves as a reviewer for journals and conferences such as ACM CSUR, Neural Networks, IEEE-JBHI, BSPC, CMPB, and BIBM.
