Dr. He is an Associate Professor and Master’s Supervisor at the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence in Education (FOAIE), Central China Normal University (CCNU). He earned his Ph.D. and Bachelor’s degrees from CCNU in 2013 and 2008, respectively. His research focuses on artificial intelligence in education, intelligent educational technology, educational robot, human-computer interaction and video analysis technologies.

Dr. He has led multiple high-impact research projects and secured 12 national patents. He has authored over 20 peer-reviewed publications in renowned journals such as the Applied Intelligence, Complex & Intelligent Systems, Information Fusion, etc. His industry experience includes serving as Technical Director at an NEEQ-listed company. An active contributor to the academic community, he has chaired organizing committees for several international conferences including PSIVT, TALE, and IEIR, and serves as a reviewer for the IJDCF.
