Short Bio

Yating Li is a Associate Professor, Master’s Supervisor at Central China Normal University. She earned her Ph.D. in Information Science from Wuhan University in 2018 and joined the National Engineering Research Center for E-Learning in 2019.

Her research focuses on educational digitalization planning and standards, as well as the evaluation and improvement of teachers' digital literacy. She serves as an expert in the international organization for standardization ISO/IEC JTC1/SC36 and is the drafter of four digital education standards.

Associate Researcher Li Yating has presided over projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China project, the Hubei Provincial Natural Science Foundation project, and the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation project. As a major participant, she has executed and participated in more than 20 projects, covering national-level, provincial and ministerial-level projects as well as various horizontal projects. She has published over 30 papers indexed in SSCI, CSSCI and other databases, participated in compiling 6 books, and obtained 2 authorized invention patents, and has received the 13th Hubei Provincial Excellent Social Science Achievement Award and the Excellent Standardization Team Award.
