




Mao Chen is a Professor and doctoral/master’s supervisor at Central China Normal University. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Software and Theory from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and joined the National Engineering Research Center for E-Learning in 2007.
His research interests include intelligent educational services, intelligent tutoring systems, and computer algorithms and analysis. His current work focuses on large language models and intelligent agents, particularly the application of multi-agent systems in online intelligent tutoring. His research aims to achieve a deeper understanding of learners, enable more natural human-computer interactions, and ultimately deliver highly personalized learning resources and adaptive learning pathways.
Professor Chen has led numerous national and provincial research projects, published over 40 papers in high-quality international and domestic journals, been granted 7 national invention patents, and received 3 provincial or ministerial-level scientific awards.
