She directs the activities of the Academic Committee and leads disciplinary development initiatives at the Engineering Center. In addition, she serves as Secretary of the Technology Committee and supports the Party Committee Secretary in academic evaluation affairs, covering areas such as professional ethics, talent recruitment, and faculty promotion.
