Opening Ceremony of the 2024 National Training Program: Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps High School Physics Training on New Curriculum, New Textbooks, and the New College Entrance Examination

On the morning of August 17, 2024, our university successfully hosted the opening ceremony for the 2024 National Training Program focused on the new high school physics curriculum, textbooks, and college entrance exam reforms. The event was attended by leaders from the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps and Central China Normal University, along with training coordinators, teaching experts, and 40 outstanding physics teachers from high schools across the Xinjiang Corps. Full of enthusiasm, the participants came together to begin an intensive 10-day program dedicated to deep learning and professional growth.

Mr. Li Xingping, former Party Secretary of the Education Bureau of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, emphasized the importance of safety and discipline in his speech. He stressed that safety must remain the top priority throughout the training and urged all participants to strictly follow safety regulations to protect both themselves and others.

With the successful conclusion of the opening ceremony, the 2024 National Training Program on the New High School Physics Curriculum, Textbooks, and College Entrance Examination for the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps officially commenced, marking the beginning of a meaningful journey of learning and professional growth.

On the morning of August 18, immediately following the ceremony, participants quickly immersed themselves in the academic atmosphere, attentively engaging with a lecture delivered by Professor Yi Hongxing from the Wuhan Continuing Education Center for Primary and Secondary School Principals and Teachers. Renowned for his deep patriotic spirit, Professor Yi opened the session with a heartfelt rendition of My Motherland and I, setting an inspiring tone for the training ahead.

The teachers are confident that, with the thoughtful planning of Central China Normal University and the joint efforts of all participants, this training program will yield meaningful outcomes and serve as a strong catalyst for advancing education within the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps.
