The Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC) has been actively advancing its public service platform for basic education resources as a cornerstone for improving the regional education system. By continuously aggregating high-quality data, enhancing network connectivity, establishing a dedicated education administrative network, and exploring innovative educational applications, the XPCC is leveraging data to enhance its capacity to deliver public education services. These efforts support structural reform on the supply side of digital resources, extend the reach of educational content, and improve the overall quality of resource provision.
Through the development of this platform, the XPCC has built a supply-side service system driven by the "Internet + Education" model, ensuring broad access to educational resources across the region. This initiative has laid a strong foundation for more equitable educational development, anchored by the "Three Classrooms" initiative. The platform adopts an integrated approach combining infrastructure development, management, usage, and evaluation—fostering a deep integration of information technology and instructional management.
In parallel, the XPCC has explored a new model for Mandarin instruction that blends collective lesson planning with individual teacher customization. These efforts have also contributed to building a team of educators with strong digital literacy and have initiated the development of an education big data service mechanism.
