This research project aims to solve two major problems in group learning: how to make teamwork more effective and how to create smarter support systems for collaborators. By studying how emotions, social dynamics, and thought processes interact during group work, we will identify the most successful collaboration patterns and determine why they work. Our approach involves building a sophisticated computer model that combines these three key elements - emotions, social factors, and thinking patterns. We'll develop several advanced tools including real-time evaluation systems that analyze multiple data streams, AI-powered emotion management techniques, optimized workflows for team projects, and support systems for deeper learning. The project will also create methods for teams to jointly develop and share learning resources, leading to a specialized collaboration platform. The end goal is an intelligent system where human team members and AI assistants work together smoothly through coordinated digital agents that facilitate the entire collaboration process.
