The Educational Informatization Strategy Research Base is a dedicated institution established to support strategic research in the field of educational informatization. Located at Central China Normal University, the base plays a key role in conducting policy research on digital transformation in education, assessing teachers’ digital literacy, and evaluating the progress of regional educational informatization. In recent years, it has contributed to the advancement of digital education through the release of influential publications, such as the Digital Literacy Report for Primary and Secondary School Teachers.
